What bothers you and why?
Hey, listen. If something’s bugging you and it’s totally out of your hands, don’t let it get to you. Usually, if it’s something you can fix, you’ll do something about it, right? But when it’s something you can’t control, it can be tough to know what to do. Here’s what I do: I pray about it, let it go, and trust that God will take care of it. There are Bible verses that can help you through any situation. So if something’s bothering you, just ask God for guidance. I found some verses with a quick Google search.
Philippians 4:6 – Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

The reason I say find someone who knows the Bible well is because, more than likely, they will help you to find a positive solution to your problem.
Avoid negative people like the plague. There is an old saying “messory loves company ” so sometimes a lot of your problems can stem from the company you keep. Negative people in life can definitely bring down the mood. Here are some ways to recognize them:
Communication:
- Constant complaining: They always focus on problems, rarely offering solutions or positive alternatives.
- Gossip and negativity: They spread rumors and bad-mouth others.
- Sarcasm and cynicism: Their humor is often cutting and puts others down.
- Blame game: They avoid taking responsibility for mistakes and shift blame to others.
Attitude:
- Generally negative outlook: They expect the worst in any situation and rarely see the bright side.
- Disengaged and unmotivated: They lack enthusiasm and bring down the team spirit.
- Critical and resistant to change: They see flaws in everything and oppose new ideas without considering them.
Behavior:
- Constant negativity: Even small setbacks turn into major dramas.
- Disruptive and argumentative: They create conflict and make collaboration difficult.
- Unreliable and unproductive: They miss deadlines and don’t take ownership of their work.
It’s important to note that everyone has bad days. However, if these behaviors are consistent and impacting you, then it’s a sign of negativity.
Here are some additional tips:

- Consider the context: Is their negativity due to a specific situation?

It would be wise for one to fin positive people to hang around. Here are some ways to recognize positive people:

- Attitude: They tend to be optimistic and solution-oriented. They bounce back from setbacks easily and focus on what they can control.
- Body language: They make eye contact, smile often, and have open postures.
- Actions: They follow through on commitments, are helpful to others, and take initiative.
Now, for the benefits of surrounding yourself with positive people:
- Uplifts your mood: Positivity is contagious! Spending time with optimistic people can rub off on you, making you feel happier and more hopeful.
