How would you describe yourself to someone who can’t see you?
In a world that often emphasizes the outward, I’ve found solace and strength in nurturing the beauty within. My name is Nikki, and my journey is deeply rooted in my love for God and my family. These twin pillars form the foundation of my life, guiding my steps and shaping my actions.
From an early age, I realized that true beauty transcends physical appearance. It resides in the heart, in the kindness we extend to others, and in the integrity with which we live our lives. My daily devotional practice is a cherished time when I immerse myself in scripture, seeking wisdom and direction. This spiritual nourishment fuels my desire to walk as a holy woman, striving to reflect the love and grace of God in all I do.
Family is my heart’s treasure. Their love is a testament to the divine, reminding me of the importance of nurturing these relationships with care and devotion. Whether it’s planning memorable vacations or simple moments of togetherness, each experience is a thread in the tapestry of our shared life, woven with love, laughter, and faith.
In this journey, I’ve learned a profound truth: the only approval I need is God’s. This realization has been liberating. It has freed me from the pressures of societal expectations and the need for external validation. Instead, I focus on aligning my actions with God’s will, striving to be a vessel of His love and compassion.
My love for God inspires me to help others. I believe that every act of kindness, no matter how small, is a reflection of divine love. Whether it’s offering a listening ear, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing a smile, these actions are my way of spreading God’s light in the world.
Living as a holy woman is a continuous journey of growth and learning. It means embracing humility, seeking forgiveness, and striving to embody the virtues that Jesus taught. It’s not about perfection, but about progress—making each day an opportunity to be a better reflection of His love.
To anyone who reads this and can’t see me, know that my true essence is found in my faith, my love for my family, and my commitment to living a life that honors God. It’s a path illuminated by His grace, one that I walk with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit eager to serve. This is the beauty within—a heart aligned with heaven, dedicated to divine approval, and devoted to helping others along the way.
Titus 2:3-5
3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
