It seems like just yesterday I was a different person, caught in a whirlwind of worries and doubts. A year ago, my life was a mosaic of challenges, each piece a puzzle I couldn’t seem to fit together. But looking back, I am filled with gratitude for the journey I’ve taken.

I’ve learned a valuable lesson: the power of the present. There’s an old saying, “A person who is depressed lives in the past and a person who has anxiety lives in the future.” I’ve found truth in these words.
