Wherever We Land

Think back on your most memorable road trip.

Hey everyone!
Nikki and I recently took a camping adventure to Pensacola, Florida. It was a blast, and we wanted to share the experience with you all.

Why Pensacola?

We chose Pensacola because of its rich history and beautiful beaches. We’d heard about Fort Pickens, a historic site with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, and we were eager to explore
it. Plus, we knew the beaches would be perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Setting Up Camp at Fort Pickens
We arrived at Fort Pickens early in the afternoon and set up our tent in one of the designated camping areas. The campground was clean and well-maintained, with restrooms and showers nearby. We also found a fire pit, which was perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling stories
at night.

Exploring the Fort and Beach

The next day, we spent the morning exploring the fort. It was fascinating to learn about its history and see the old cannons and fortifications. We also took a walk along the beach, where
we watched the waves crash and collected seashells.

Family and Friends Fun

Later in the day, some of our family and friends joined us for a picnic on the beach. We had a great time swimming, sunbathing, and playing games.

The Best Part: Recording It All for Our YouTube Channel

As you may know, Nikki and I have a YouTube channel called “Wherever We Land,” where we document our outdoor adventures. So, of course, we recorded the entire trip! We had so much fun capturing all the memories and sharing them with our viewers.
