Wherever We Land

Every morning I wake up, take a breath, and feel the gift of life coursing through me. With a sound mind and a body that moves and bends, I am reminded of God’s unending grace and love. I don’t take it for granted, not for a moment, because each day is a blessing—an opportunity to experience, grow, and cherish the life I’ve been given. 

It’s this gratitude that fills my heart daily, but lately, there’s been an extra layer of joy and love that I’ve felt. That joy comes from the incredible blessing of Glorious  aka “Glo”, our Dodge Ram ProMaster van, which my husband Snatcher and I are converting into a camper. This van represents more than just a mode of transportation; it’s a symbol of dreams taking shape, prayers being answered, and the adventures waiting to be written. 

When we first began talking about traveling across the United States, it felt like a distant dream. The thought of having the freedom to explore God’s vast creation, from mountain ranges to quiet valleys, filled us with excitement. But as life often does, obstacles appeared, and we weren’t sure how or when that dream would come to life. Then, in God’s perfect timing, we were blessed with the means to acquire Glo. 

Glo is more than a vehicle—it’s a gift of love from our Creator, a way to deepen our connection with each other and with the natural world. As we work together to convert her into a camper, I feel the love in every step of the process. From choosing the layout to making practical decisions about solar panels and storage, each task is a reminder of how blessed we are to have this opportunity. 

This journey is about more than just travel; it’s about creating memories, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, and fully living in the moment. Every mile we drive, every place we stop, will be a testament to the love we feel daily—not just from each other but from God, who continues to guide our steps. 

As I look forward to our adventures with Glo, my heart overflows with gratitude. I feel loved every day I wake up, but this new chapter in our lives adds an extra layer of joy. Whether it’s marveling at a sunrise in the desert, listening to the waves crash on the coast, or sitting under a starlit sky, I know each moment will be a gift. 

So here’s to Glo, our travels, and the incredible love that surrounds us every day. With every turn of the key and every journey ahead, I’m reminded that life itself is the greatest blessing of all.
