What is your career plan?
For years, Snatcher and I have shared a dream—one that keeps our hearts light and our spirits high. Our prayer is to transition from full-time work to part-time so we can travel together in our van, Glo. This dream isn’t just about hitting the open road; it’s about embracing freedom, deepening our bond, and exploring God’s creation.
We have always loved the peace that comes with being surrounded by nature. Camping has shown us the beauty of stepping away from the noise of the world, and Glo is our next chapter. She’s not just a van but a vessel for our journey—a way to see new places, meet new people, and most importantly, draw closer to God. We hope to explore breathtaking landscapes, sleep beneath starlit skies, and let our hearts be filled with gratitude for the world He has made.
Our plan is simple yet powerful. We pray for God’s will to guide us as we prepare to shift from full-time work to part-time. We are not seeking to escape responsibility but to embrace a new kind of responsibility—the responsibility to live fully, love deeply, and serve God wherever we land.
Of course, this journey will require faith. Faith that God will provide, faith that He will open the right doors, and faith that He will keep us safe on the road. But we know that with God, all things are possible.
We are excited for the day when our career plan is no longer just a plan but a reality. When our mornings begin with a quiet cup of coffee by a misty lake and our evenings end with prayers beneath a star-filled sky. We pray for this to happen soon, but above all, we pray that we always remain within God’s perfect will.
Until then, we will keep praying, planning, and preparing—knowing that when God says the time is right, we will be ready.
