Technology has been a game-changer in both my full-time job and side hustles, allowing me to be more productive in less time. It has not only made my daily tasks easier but has also given me a vision of what’s possible—living a self-sustaining life through the skills Snatcher and I have built, turning our side hustle into our full-time adventure.

In my full-time job, technology has significantly increased efficiency. From automating repetitive tasks to streamlining communication, I can accomplish in hours what used to take days. Cloud-based tools, AI-powered assistants, and collaboration platforms have minimized manual work, giving me more room to focus on meaningful projects. Even though I’m grateful for these advancements, my ultimate goal is to transition out of the traditional workforce and fully embrace the life Snatcher and I are building.

Our YouTube channel, *Wherever We Land*, and our other creative endeavors have seen major growth thanks to technology. High-quality video editing software, AI-driven content creation tools, and online learning resources have helped me refine my videography and storytelling skills. Drone footage, automated editing features, and mobile production apps mean we can create professional-level content faster and more efficiently than ever before. 

Technology has also helped us expand our reach. Social media algorithms, SEO strategies, and AI-generated captions help get our content in front of the right audience. Instead of spending hours manually editing, uploading, and promoting, we can now automate much of the process, freeing up time for what we truly love—exploring the outdoors. 

The Ultimate Goal: A Self-Sustaining Life 

Snatcher and I don’t just want to create content—we want to live the life we showcase. Our dream is to leave the constraints of a 9-to-5 job and fully embrace sustainable living, traveling, and sharing our outdoor adventures with the world. With the power of modern technology, that goal is closer than ever. 

From solar-powered setups in our van, Glo, to digital revenue streams that support our travels, technology is the bridge between where we are and where we want to be. We’re learning to balance our skills with the tools available, ensuring that we can thrive in this new way of life. 

Each day, I see the reality of this dream becoming more tangible. The more we integrate technology into our workflow, the closer we get to walking away from the corporate world and embracing the freedom we desire. It’s not just about working less—it’s about living more.
